End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Four Media Group LLC, an Alaska limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”), and governs your use of the AlaskaTides.app software (the “App”), including any updates or enhancements.

License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our other legal pages, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non‑commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights to it.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or technical measures of the App or Service.

Updates

We may provide updates or patches to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. Updates are considered part of the App and are subject to this EULA.

Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App and all associated intellectual property rights.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlaskaTides.app and its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, subject to the liability limitations described in our Terms of Use.

Termination

We may terminate this EULA and your license to use the App at any time if you fail to comply with this EULA or any other legal terms referenced on this site. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

Third‑party terms

Your use of the App may also be subject to additional third‑party terms (for example, app store or platform terms). You must comply with any such terms when using the App.
